The variety of bananas from Phetchaburi called “Kluay Hom” which means sweet banana.
Ripe bananas are meticulously stirred with fresh coconut milk and umrefined natural cane sugar in a traditional Thai process. When coated with dark chocolate, it offers a balanced taste, not so sweet and not so bitter at the same time.
